Pakistani Chicken Karahi Recipe

Chicken Karahi is a classic Pakistani dish cooked with fresh tomatoes, green chilies, and aromatic spices. This recipe uses Farda Karahi Masala to deliver authentic restaurant-style flavor with rich, glossy gravy and tender chicken.

Ingredients

  • Chicken (bone-in)

  • Cooking oil

  • Onions

  • Tomatoes

  • Ginger-garlic paste

  • Green chilies

  • Farda Karahi Masala

  • Fresh coriander

  • Ginger (julienne)

Method

  1. Heat cooking oil in a karahi or deep pan.

  2. Add chicken and cook on medium heat until it changes color.

  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté briefly.

  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

  5. Add Farda Karahi Masala and mix well; cook until oil separates.

  6. Add green chilies and cook on high heat for a few minutes.

  7. Garnish with fresh coriander and ginger julienne.

  8. Serve hot with naan or roti.
